To ensure safety and quality, there are a few items and areas we aren’t able to clean or guarantee. These include:

✖ Light bulbs
✖ Chandeliers
✖ High-reach areas
✖ Picture rails, stickers, or adhesive hooks
✖ Fireplaces or biohazards (including blood, faeces, or excessive mould)
✖ Major mould cleaning (available upon request at an additional cost)
✖ Silicone or grout remediation
✖ Stain removal is not guaranteed (including stained grout or silicone)
✖ Deep stain removal requiring professional third-party intervention
✖ Removal of mineral deposits (e.g. toilet bowl stains or hard water stains)
✖ Fly screens (available upon request at an additional cost)
✖ Pet odour treatment
✖ Cleaning under or behind large furniture or appliances
✖ Shifting or rearranging furniture
✖ Dishwashing or putting away kitchen items
✖ Any task that may result in damage to the property
